Kurz gesagt: Die App erhebt keine Personendaten. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste und keine Weitergabe an Dritte.

1. Daten in der App
- Stücke, Einstellungen und Aufnahmen werden nur lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf. Wird die App gelöscht, werden diese Daten ebenfalls gelöscht.
- Dateien, die Sie öffnen (MusicXML, MIDI), werden nur auf dem Gerät verarbeitet. Wenn Sie ein Stück exportieren oder teilen, entscheiden Sie selbst, wohin es geht.
- MIDI-Keyboard und Bluetooth: Die App empfängt die gespielten Tasten Ihres Keyboards, um Töne zu spielen und Noten aufzunehmen. Bluetooth wird nur benutzt, um ein MIDI-Keyboard zu verbinden. Dabei werden keine Daten an uns gesendet oder gespeichert.
- Zweiter Bildschirm: Die Anzeige auf Beamer oder Monitor läuft direkt zwischen Ihrem Gerät und dem Bildschirm (Kabel oder AirPlay).
- Kauf: Der Kauf der App und des Editors wird vollständig von Apple abgewickelt. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungs- oder Personendaten, die App erfährt nur, ob der Editor freigeschaltet ist. Es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple (apple.com/legal/privacy).
- Die App stellt keine Verbindung zu eigenen Servern her und enthält keine Software von Drittanbietern zur Analyse oder Werbung.
2. Diese Website
Die Website wird bei der Infomaniak Network SA in der Schweiz betrieben. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet der Server technisch notwendige Daten (zum Beispiel IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser) in Protokolldateien, um den Betrieb und die Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Schriften werden über Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slowenien, EU) geladen; dabei wird Ihre IP-Adresse technisch an diesen Anbieter übermittelt. Zur Fehlererkennung der Website nutzt Infomaniak einen eigenen Dienst. Wir verwenden nur technisch notwendige Cookies, keine Analyse- oder Werbe-Cookies. Ihre Sprachwahl wird nur im Speicher Ihres Browsers abgelegt.
3. E-Mail an den Support
Wenn Sie uns schreiben, verwenden wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Angaben nur, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Die Nachrichten liegen bei Infomaniak in der Schweiz und werden gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.
4. Ihre Rechte
Sie können jederzeit Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen: support@chakabuild.com. Es gelten das Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) und, soweit anwendbar, die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung der EU (DSGVO). Sie können sich beim Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) oder bei einer anderen zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.
5. Kinder
Die App eignet sich für den Unterricht mit Kindern. Da sie keine Personendaten erhebt, werden auch keine Daten von Kindern gesammelt.
6. Änderungen
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Website ändert. Es gilt die hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

1. Données dans l’app
- Les morceaux, réglages et enregistrements sont stockés uniquement sur votre appareil. Nous n’y avons pas accès. Si l’app est supprimée, ces données le sont aussi.
- Les fichiers que vous ouvrez (MusicXML, MIDI) sont traités uniquement sur l’appareil. Si vous exportez ou partagez un morceau, vous décidez vous-même de sa destination.
- Clavier MIDI et Bluetooth : l’app reçoit les touches jouées sur votre clavier pour produire les sons et enregistrer les notes. Le Bluetooth sert uniquement à connecter un clavier MIDI. Aucune donnée ne nous est envoyée ni n’est stockée.
- Deuxième écran : l’affichage sur le projecteur ou le moniteur passe directement entre votre appareil et l’écran (câble ou AirPlay).
- Achat : l’achat de l’app et de l’éditeur est entièrement géré par Apple. Nous ne recevons aucune donnée de paiement ou personnelle ; l’app sait seulement si l’éditeur est débloqué. La politique de confidentialité d’Apple s’applique (apple.com/legal/privacy).
- L’app ne se connecte à aucun serveur propre et ne contient aucun logiciel tiers d’analyse ou de publicité.
2. Ce site
Le site est hébergé par Infomaniak Network SA en Suisse. Lors de la consultation, le serveur traite des données techniquement nécessaires (par exemple adresse IP, date et heure, page consultée, navigateur) dans des fichiers journaux, pour assurer le fonctionnement et la sécurité. Les polices sont chargées via Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovénie, UE) ; votre adresse IP est alors techniquement transmise à ce prestataire. Pour détecter les erreurs du site, Infomaniak utilise son propre service. Nous n’utilisons que des cookies techniquement nécessaires, aucun cookie d’analyse ni de publicité. Votre choix de langue est uniquement enregistré dans votre navigateur.
3. E-mail au support
Si vous nous écrivez, nous utilisons votre adresse e-mail et vos indications uniquement pour répondre à votre demande. Les messages sont stockés chez Infomaniak en Suisse et supprimés dès qu’ils ne sont plus nécessaires.
4. Vos droits
Vous pouvez à tout moment demander l’accès à vos données, leur rectification ou leur effacement : support@chakabuild.com. S’appliquent la loi fédérale sur la protection des données (LPD) et, le cas échéant, le règlement général sur la protection des données de l’UE (RGPD). Vous pouvez déposer une plainte auprès du Préposé fédéral à la protection des données et à la transparence (PFPDT) ou d’une autre autorité compétente.
5. Enfants
L’app convient à l’enseignement avec des enfants. Comme elle ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle, aucune donnée d’enfant n’est collectée.
6. Modifications
Nous adaptons cette politique lorsque l’app ou le site changent. La version publiée ici fait foi.

- Brani, impostazioni e registrazioni sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo. Non vi abbiamo accesso. Se elimini l’app, anche questi dati vengono eliminati.
- I file che apri (MusicXML, MIDI) sono elaborati solo sul dispositivo. Se esporti o condividi un brano, decidi tu dove inviarlo.
- Tastiera MIDI e Bluetooth: l’app riceve i tasti suonati sulla tua tastiera per produrre i suoni e registrare le note. Il Bluetooth serve solo a collegare una tastiera MIDI. Nessun dato ci viene inviato né memorizzato.
- Secondo schermo: la visualizzazione sul proiettore o sul monitor avviene direttamente tra il tuo dispositivo e lo schermo (cavo o AirPlay).
- Acquisto: l’acquisto dell’app e dell’editor è gestito interamente da Apple. Non riceviamo dati di pagamento o personali; l’app sa soltanto se l’editor è sbloccato. Si applica l’informativa sulla privacy di Apple (apple.com/legal/privacy).
- L’app non si collega a server propri e non contiene software di terzi per analisi o pubblicità.

Il sito è ospitato da Infomaniak Network SA in Svizzera. Alla visita, il server elabora dati tecnicamente necessari (per esempio indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina visitata, browser) in file di log, per garantire il funzionamento e la sicurezza. I caratteri vengono caricati tramite Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, UE); in questo modo il tuo indirizzo IP viene trasmesso tecnicamente a questo fornitore. Per rilevare gli errori del sito, Infomaniak utilizza un proprio servizio. Usiamo solo cookie tecnicamente necessari, nessun cookie di analisi o pubblicità. La lingua scelta viene salvata solo nel tuo browser.

Se ci scrivi, usiamo il tuo indirizzo e-mail e le tue indicazioni solo per rispondere alla richiesta. I messaggi sono conservati presso Infomaniak in Svizzera e cancellati quando non servono più.

- Pieces, settings and recordings are stored only on your device. We have no access to them. Deleting the app also deletes this data.
- Files you open (MusicXML, MIDI) are processed only on the device. When you export or share a piece, you decide where it goes.
- MIDI keyboard and Bluetooth: the app receives the keys you play on your keyboard to make sounds and record notes. Bluetooth is used only to connect a MIDI keyboard. No data is sent to us or stored.
- Second screen: the display on a projector or monitor runs directly between your device and the screen (cable or AirPlay).
- Purchases: buying the app and the editor is handled entirely by Apple. We receive no payment or personal data; the app only learns whether the editor is unlocked. Apple’s privacy policy applies (apple.com/legal/privacy).
- The app does not connect to any servers of ours and contains no third-party analytics or advertising software.
2. This website
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data (for example IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in log files to keep the site running and secure. Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), which technically transmits your IP address to that provider. Infomaniak uses its own service to detect errors on the website. We use only technically necessary cookies, no analytics or advertising cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.
3. Email to support
When you write to us, we use your email address and the details you provide only to answer your request. Messages are stored with Infomaniak in Switzerland and deleted when they are no longer needed.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time: support@chakabuild.com. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or another competent supervisory authority.
5. Children
The app is suitable for teaching children. As it collects no personal data, no data from children is collected.
6. Changes
We update this policy when the app or the website changes. The version published here applies.
